SAN++® Series

Our SAN++® wet chemistry analyzers are designed for high-throughput operations, capable of performing up to 120 analyses per hour depending on the application. They support simultaneous multiple parameter analysis with modular configurations that can accommodate up to six analytical modules, making them suitable for laboratories with large sample volumes. The advanced automation features, including automatic start-up, shutdown, dilution, and re-runs, further enhance their capacity for handling extensive workloads efficiently with minimal manual intervention. These high-throughput analyzers are capable of handling a wide range of applications including environmental, agricultural, and industrial sample analysis. They can measure numerous parameters such as nutrients, anions, cations, and various other chemical compounds.

BLUVISION® Series

The BLUVISION® Discrete analyzers excel in high-throughput colorimetric analyses, handling up to 640 tests simultaneously with minimal operator intervention. Equipped with 100 sample positions and an autoloader, they efficiently manage large sample volumes. These analyzers are versatile, suitable for applications in environmental, agricultural, and industrial sectors, analyzing parameters such as nutrients, anions, and metals in water, soil, and other matrices. This makes them ideal for laboratories needing robust, precise, and high-volume processing capabilities.

SP2000™ Series

Our SP2000™ robotic analyzers are advanced robotic platforms designed for high-throughput analytical testing, capable of automating a wide range of processes such as sample preparation, pipetting, titration, and photometric detection. They can be used across various applications, including environmental, pharmaceutical, beer and malt, and agricultural sectors, to test a wide range of parameters such as pH, conductivity, chemical oxygen demand (COD). These systems are customizable, allowing for the simultaneous processing of multiple samples, which significantly increases laboratory efficiency. The modular design supports high sample capacity and flexibility, enabling users to perform large volumes of analyses with minimal manual intervention, thereby reducing errors, turnaround time, and operational costs.

PRIMACS™ Series

The PRIMACS™ TOC and TC analyzers, particularly the PRIMACS™ SNC-100, are renowned for their high-throughput capabilities. Equipped with an integrated 100-position autosampler, the PRIMACS™ SNC-100 can process extensive daily sample loads in a single batch, significantly enhancing laboratory productivity. This high-througput analyzer is versatile, capable of determining Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC), Total Carbon (TC), and Total Nitrogen (TN) in various solid and liquid samples. Applications include soil and agricultural testing, and quality control in the food and feed industries.

FORMACS™ Series

Our FORMACS™ analyzers are designed for high-throughput analysis of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and Total Nitrogen (TN) in various liquid samples, including drinking water, wastewater, seawater and industrial effluents. With options like the FORMACS™ HT, which includes a 150-position autosampler, and the HT-i, optimized for particulate-laden samples, these analyzers provide rapid, reliable results through high-temperature catalytic combustion. They are versatile, capable of analyzing parameters such as TC, IC, TOC, DOC, and more, and can be extended for additional measurements, like TN/TKN and TOC in solids.
